The cross is designed to be worn reversibly both front and back side. Each side set with a divine red spinel from Burma and an unheated sapphire of peaceful blue color from Sri Lanka respectively, embellished by round brilliant-cut diamonds of D-F color and clarity grading range from IF-VS.
